Alex and Terrance AKA Johnny Hell

Alex was my sister. I havent seen her in 12 years. I miss my sister and understand I have lost her to drug addiction and the streets. I also realize she might finally be physically dead. I really would love to just tell my nephew Elrick, I love him.

I wish I could tell you about Alex, last I heard Randy saw her in the TL about 2 years ago, she was not in good shape.

The only time I had anything to do with Terrence he picked a fight with me much to his chagrin so I never paid attention to his whereabouts. The very last time I saw Alex was when she was still with Gimli. Hey Barry, you got any info?

wow Gimli. I loved him. I think he was pretty weird, but cool. Gimli always protected me. I was pretty close to him. Gimli's dad used to live way up north right outside of Garberville. I remember visiting my sister up there..she was living on his dads land "trimming" I think she was so happy then. I remember they just smoked a lot of pot and just lived the simple life in the beautiful outdoors. (a trailer but still) Barry? I remember him just a little. I wonder if he remembers me? do you? I think we exchanged some info about my sister.. If I remember correctly. I think your on myspace as a matter a fact.. Mike NoHawk right?

Oh and as for Terrance.. I personally thought he was an asshole.

You are correct.. I always liked Gimli, I remember after the left the Ellis Street house (I moved into that place and took over their room) I used to visit them a lot at their new place.

ahh. the navy. I remember a few people just out of the service.. a few skin heads and maybe a punk or two. Im sure we knew who each other was at least by face. I was a run away most of the time.. stayed where ever with whoever. I was also born and raised in SF. there is not many of us.

I want to know if you knew a guy named Eric? Im pretty sure that was his name.. he lived on Plymouth Ave and Holloway (off of Ocean Ave) in about 77-78??

where did you grown up.. what area?

Potrero Hill, I remember knowing several Erics in the scene the 77-79 I didn't know many people because I went with this girl I was way into so I didn't really much attention to anything but her and the bands. Plus I was very shy then.....

Eric was my first experience with punk rock.. I went to his house one day looking for my step dad and they were inside..he lived across the street from us.. I walked in and discovered a world of S&M. I believe he was in a band but I was so young, and freaked out.. I had no idea. yeah.. my step dad.. there is another fond memory. Maybe you remember him, maybe not. Biker with Angel of Death , how appropriate, tattoo on his arm, use to drive his Harley to shows and sell kids dope. (meth, coke etc) that sucked for me to see him do that to my friends.

                      anyway. Im over that.

hey mike speaking of the navy do you remember GI Joe, the guy who started hanging with us all on powell who i met panhandling and he went AWOL, then got heavy into tweak and i do believe wqas offed by some mafioso? i was in touch with him until he disappeared, having kinda introduced him to the tweekers he got his foot up on tweek with. that would be robin and todd up on haight and clayton, the brick steps...THAT was a fucking SKETCHY ASS SCENE, creature and i were around there quite a bit (don't ask, he was way heavier into it than i was) and there was a chick whos dad was irish mafia and she OD'ed...that cleared the apartment. that place was seriously scary.

anyway i was hitchinking with zip-on dave from church and market up to the haight one night at like 4 AM and we got picked up by this guy who pulled a knife on us and was asking about GI Joe...zip-on was like, no i don't know him and the guy got really threatening, i was like, yes i know him but he hasn't been around. the guy had a really nice black car and we knew GI joe was in some serious shit. never saw him again after.

Creature? Man I had forgot all about him, he was another person I really liked. The guy from the Navy sounds like a guy that camped out at our house and hung with Xan for awhile that was when our house was seriously crazy we had all gotten way deep into drugs and or booze. Barry let all these tranny hookers hang out for a rest before they went back out on the stroll. They used to bring offerings of speed and crack what a crazy time. That Mafia shit sounds crazy, sure they weren't HA surrogates?

i never knew alex and gimli but i heard a lot about them because they were friends with creature, who i went out with for about 3 years. that was after creature and Z the end. creature has a kid now and is somewhere in iowa or detroit or something, we email and talk once in a while but he has been off the radar lately. he was with a lady named sparrow who was in a wheelchair and rolled herself off a parking garage to her death, he freaked after that and went to new orleans and did construction down there after katrina for like a year or so. he looks kinda tore up but i'm glad he's alive!!!
